livelihood: vending “taho”

vending "taho"

“taho” is one of the street foods in the Philippines.  It is a soft gelatin-like snack made from processed soybeans or tofu, with brown sugar and vanilla syrup for sweetness and topped with sagu.  It is served usually in plastic cups and are usually served warm.

I should have taken a picture of the actual thing but i gobbled it up. hehe…sorry!
